To place a commission you must be able to receive it in Australia or New Zealand. All prices are in NZD at this time.PaymentAll payments must be made via PayPal to [email protected] at this time.- I will ask for commission payment upfront when I begin assembling your miniatures (if applicable), I will not begin paintwork until this is paid.- If you refuse to pay the commission cost within 20 days of request, I have the right to put your miniature up for resale without refund or reimbursement.- Once your miniatures are completed, I will ask for postage, you will not receive your miniatures until postage is paid.- If you do not pay for postage within 20 days of its request, I have the right to put your miniature up for resale without refund or reimbursement.Cancellations and Refunds- If your commission request is in the queue and no work has started, you may cancel it at any time, no questions asked. If I have already received your miniatures, you will be charged postage and your miniatures will be returned to you.- You may cancel a commission and receive a full refund up until the main paint scheme has been applied, additionally, you can have your miniatures paint stripped first for an additional $15 charge. Otherwise, your miniatures will be returned to you in their current state and you will only be charged for postage. (Certain miniatures are not eligible for a refund or cancellation, all examples of this have been declared).- Any cancellations after the main paint scheme has been applied are no longer eligible for a refund. The miniatures will be returned to you in their current state, and you will be charged postage, as well as an additional charge of $15 for paint stripping if desired. (Certain miniatures are not eligible for a refund or cancellation, all examples of this have been declared).- You cannot cancel an order for any miniatures that have already been completed.General- I take no responsibility for loss or damage of miniatures during shipping.- I may change the prices on my site at any time for any reason, this will not affect prices already in the commission queue.- I have the right to cancel your commission without refund or compensation if I suffer harassment or verbal abuse from you at any time.- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.- If I am sick/injured/incapable/unable to complete your commission for any reason at no fault of your own, your miniatures will be returned to you in their current state and you will receive a full refund.BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE

Quality Assurance Policy

I will do my best to ensure the best quality product- Miniatures will be sent cushioned in paper inside a rigid box such as a plastic container, inside of a cardboard box.- Vehicles will be sent wrapped in bubble wrap, with associated miniatures packaged separately as mentioned above if applicable.- Certain elements of miniatures may be left disassembled for shipping to avoid risk of damage (protruding swords, cavalry riders, etc.) if applicable.- If you are not capable of assembling separately packaged parts yourself, you may request that your miniatures are sent complete and accept the risk of damage to small pieces.- Packages will be posted/shipped via NZ post and NZ post shipping boxes.- Shipping to Australia should be $20-30 on average.
